Heartland Adoption Agency is a licensed child placing agency (LCPA) proudly serving families throughout Indiana. Founded in 2009 by Attorneys Donald Francis and Michelle Domer, our agency emerged from their discovery that adoption cases were the most rewarding part of their professional work. This realization inspired them to establish Heartland Adoption Agency, focusing exclusively on what matters most: providing comprehensive home studies, efficient criminal history checks, and compassionately connecting birth mothers with adoptive families. Today, we continue that mission with the same dedication to building loving homes throughout Indiana.
